| Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your reservation by 3:00pm, 24 hours, or more, prior to your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded minus a $15.00 processing fee retained by Briarwood Inn. If you cancel within 24 hours of your arrival date, you will forfeit your deposit and you will not receive a refund. This policy is subject to change during special event periods. |
